Ongoing Trials

If you are interested in current or ongoing clinical trials, there is a wide variety of national and international clinical §trial databases and trial registries available. Below is a list of the most current and useful databases and trial registries to search.

Access here (http://apps.who.int/trialsearch/) or here from smartphones (http://apps.who.int/trialsearch/ictrpmob.aspx).
  • ClinicalTrials.gov – An international trial registry and results database run by the US National Institutes for Health, containing over 180,000 trials from 187 countries (https://clinicaltrials.gov/).
  • ISRCTN Registry - UK trial registry, hosted by BioMed Central, containing over 13,000 ongoing randomised controlled trials from the UK and abroad (http://www.isrctn.com/search?q)
